LEGAL FRAMEWORK & TERMS
LAST REVISED: JANUARY 2025 // OPERATIONAL JURISDICTION: SORIA, SPAIN (EU)
// 01. PRIVACY POLICY (GDPR COMPLIANT)
StrativaCore S.L., located at Calle Collado, 12, 42002 Soria, España ("StrativaCore", "We", "Us"), operates high-performance graphics, rendering, and AI compute infrastructure. We process personal data strictly in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
1.1 Data Collected
We collect user data when you request instance allocations, submit contact requests, or execute rendering tasks:
- Identity Data: Full name, company affiliation, taxation identification (NIF/CIF).
- Contact Data: Email address, telephone numbers, digital endpoints.
- Technical Telemetry: IP addresses, CUDA instance deployment metadata, compute runtime logs, non-sensitive render performance metrics.
- Uploaded Assets: Model weights, 3D scenes, texture maps, and video files provided for compute jobs.
1.2 Asset Confidentiality & Data Deletion
All digital assets, scene files, proprietary AI model weights, and output frames uploaded to or rendered on our infrastructure remain 100% your intellectual property. All cache, NVMe scratch drives, and RAM allocations are wiped via zero-fill protocol automatically upon compute instance termination.
1.3 Data Controller Contact
For rights requests (Access, Rectification, Erasure, Portability), contact our Data Protection Officer at [email protected] or via post at Calle Collado, 12, 42002 Soria, España.
// 02. TERMS OF SERVICE
By accessing or booking bare-metal GPU hours, creative sprints, or rendering pipelines provided by StrativaCore, you agree to bound by these terms.
2.1 Acceptable Compute Usage
Clients are strictly prohibited from using StrativaCore hardware for:
- Unlawful deepfake generation or non-consensual imagery.
- Cryptocurrency mining or non-graphics related high-density proof-of-work tasks unless expressly contracted.
- Automated malicious scanning, malware generation, or denial-of-service vector execution.
2.2 Service Guarantees & Hardware Availability
While StrativaCore maintains an SLA of 99.8% cluster uptime, high-compute graphics tasks are subject to thermal throttle limits and unforeseen hardware fault isolation. If a physical GPU node fails during a contracted render run, compute time will be reallocated automatically to a standby backup node.
// 04. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the raw power, energy expenditure, and real-time GPU allocation involved in our services, the following refund rules apply:
4.1 Compute Hours & Render Jobs
Once a render job or compute instance has initialized and GPU cycles are consumed, compute hours rendered are non-refundable. If a render fails due to a verified hardware fault or StrativaCore infrastructure error, equivalent compute credits will be re-credited to your account.
4.2 Creative Sprints & Retainers
Creative Sprint deposits can be refunded in full up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled kickoff date. Within 48 hours of kickoff, 50% of the deposit is retained to cover hardware lock-in and staff resource reservation.
